Responsibilities

• Configure systems including setting up parameters and defining workflows.
• Maintain and update the system, resolving issues and coordinating upgrades.
• Train users on system usage and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimize inventory levels.
• Integrate systems with ERP, TMS, PKGS for seamless data flow.
• Provide technical support and develop test and project plans.
