Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Management/Distribution operations professional in Ohio to optimize warehouse systems, create SOPs, and lead or contribute to project documentation across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience handling store/field support questions and solving business problems.
• 3-5 years’ Supply Chain or Store Operations experience and project management and inventory process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize warehouse systems for efficiency and service levels.
• Create processes and SOPs leveraging Lowe’s procedures.
• Document functional requirements for projects and interface with Supply Chain groups.
• Train leadership and hourly associates on distribution or order fulfillment processes.
• Support implementation and execution of action plans for Warehouse Management Systems.
• Monitor fulfillment issues impacting Stores and Cross Dock terminals and refine WMS requirements.
• Identify root causes of exceptions and prevent customer impacts.
• Verify new item configuration and resolve setup and allocation exceptions.
• Monitor DC storage space and maintain capacity.
• Provide weekend, overnight, and evening support for Lowe’s WMS.
