Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) to oversee warehouse systems, maintain the WMS, TMS, and PKGS, and partner with the warehouse team to optimize operations. The role focuses on configuring workflows, maintaining system health, training users, and driving data-driven improvements.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and at least 4+ years in logistics or transportation, plus similar role experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent field is required.
4+ years of transportation or logistics experience required.
4+ years in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

System Configuration, including setting up parameters, workflows and inventory rules.
System Maintenance, upgrades, issue resolution and ensuring the system functions as expected.
User Training, creating materials and delivering sessions for system users.
Data Analysis to identify trends, optimize inventory levels and improve warehouse efficiency.
System Integration with ERP, TMS, PKGS or order management systems for seamless data flow.
Technical Support for site team and customer; develop and execute test and project plans.
