Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Operations System Manager to oversee warehouse systems and optimize inventory management. You will configure and maintain the WMS, TMS, and PKGS systems, ensuring proper operation and upgrades.

The role emphasizes collaboration with warehouse teams to drive efficiency and data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, 4+ years in logistics, and strong technical and communication skills to support

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
4+ years of transportation or logistics experience.
4+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

System Configuration, including parameters, workflows and rules for inventory management.
System Maintenance to ensure upgrades and issue resolution.
User Training on system usage and ongoing support.
Data Analysis to identify trends and improve warehouse efficiency.
System Integration with ERP, TMS, PKGS, or order management systems.
Technical Support for site team and customers, plus test/project planning.
