Job summary
DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) to optimize inventory management and improve warehouse efficiency. You will oversee WMS, TMS, PKGS systems and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and optimization to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in IT or related field, 4+ years in logistics, and strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills to drive system
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience is required.
- 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience required.
- 4+ years in a similar role required.
- Strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- System Configuration, including setup of parameters, workflows, and rules for inventory management.
- System Maintenance to keep the system updated and functioning; upgrade coordination.
- User Training: create materials, deliver sessions, provide ongoing support.
- Data Analysis to identify trends and optimize inventory levels.
- System Integration with ERP, TMS, PKGS, and order management systems for seamless data flow.
- Technical Support for site and customers; develop and execute test and project plans.
