Job summary

ITS Logistics in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Systems Analyst to act as the inter-company expert for Warehouse Management Systems and to drive sustained efficiencies within Distribution Services.

You will collaborate with operations, administrative teams, as well as IT and product development, to ensure uptime and optimize workflows across multiple sites, leading improvement projects and exploring new technologies with leadership.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of technical experience with multiple Warehouse Management Systems, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Excellent leadership, organizing, project management, and problem-resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the inter-company expert for WMS and related processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain deep understanding of existing WMS systems and workflows and optimize them.
• Build relationships with WMS partners, leading improvement projects and communicating progress.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technology enhancements with leadership input.
• Monitor system uptime and effectiveness across multiple campus sites.
