Job summary

American Exchange Group is seeking a WMS Administrator to support and optimize the Deposco system, partnering with Supply Chain, IT, and Operations at our Perris, CA onsite location.

You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the WMS, train staff, monitor performance, ensure data accuracy, and generate actionable reports to drive efficiency. This role requires 3–5 years of WMS experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in WMS administration or related IT/logistics roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or Logistics preferred.
• Certifications such as CSCP or CPIM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the Deposco WMS to meet daily operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues; act as the primary support contact for users.
• Train and support warehouse and logistics staff on effective WMS usage; develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain user documentation.
• Monitor overall system health and performance, perform routine checks, apply updates or patches, and ensure smooth day-to-day WMS operation.
• Ensure data accuracy and oversee system integrations with shipping carriers and e-commerce platforms.
• Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for system setup, procedures, and troubleshooting.
