Job summary

The Exchange is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage daily workloads for the distribution center, including receiving, storage, shipping, and order select. You will supervise assigned associates and analyze productivity to apply standards.

A two-year supply chain management experience or completion of LMA1/2 is required. WMS experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Gen Business or Logistics Management). PCS/LSP not authorized.

Qualifications

• Two years of supply chain management experience.
• Or
• Completion of Logistics Management Academy (LMA1) or (LMA2).
• WMS - Required
• PCS not authorized/LSP not authorized.

Responsibilities

• Directs and organizes daily workloads for specific function of the distribution center (receiving, storage, shipping, order select, etc.)
• Supervises assigned associates within the work area.
• Analyzes productivity and applies standards for the specific work unit.
• Provides resolution to personnel issues following established guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
