Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. in Renton, WA is seeking a Business Process Analyst 3 to support the rollout of the Manhattan WMS across multiple warehouses. You will partner with Operations, IT, and business teams to drive changes and provide post‑implementation support.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in WMS projects, strong data warehousing knowledge, and the ability to present to executives. Onsite work with variable shifts is required; benefits are provided by the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems background.
• Experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems or similar software solutions, preferably Manhattan platform.
• Experience supporting applications/data warehouses in production environment.
• Experience with business intelligence or data warehousing development.
• Demonstrated presentation skills for multiple audiences including executive leadership.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Advanced understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Team experience implementing Manhattan from a business/operational sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.
• Develop understanding of Manhattan WMS and its integrations for implementation support.
• Present analyses to senior management and executive leadership.
• Provide solutions to complex business scenarios within the WMS space.
• Develop and implement standards and roadmaps for new processes and systems.
• Lead introduction of new tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with customers to design workshops and build end-user relationships.
• Ensure accurate deliverables and communicate results to all participants.
• Participate in training site trainers on Manhattan WMS and SOPs.
• Benchmark best practices and contribute to internal events.
• Develop business cases and work estimates using cost–benefit analysis.
• Communicate with IT to represent customers and users on requirements and status.
