IKO Industries Ltd. in Wisconsin is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to plan and manage territory activities, grow sales, and provide excellent customer service. You will develop relationships with distribution customers and frequently engage roofing contractors, remodelers, builders and architects.

The role offers a competitive pay package of USD 70k–75k plus commission, along with comprehensive benefits and travel up to 100%. Strong presentation and Microsoft Office skills are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building products sales preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Proactive, detail-focused and deadline oriented.
• Experience selling to roofing contractors, builders or architects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with pull-through sales techniques is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships and grow sales with assigned distribution customers in territory.
• Frequently contact roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand.
• Present products and programs to qualified distributors and end users.
• Perform product knowledge training sessions with customers.
• Manage territory pricing based on competitive situations.
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or IKO administration in a timely fashion.
• Manage customer accounts receivable balance and deductions.
• Investigate and process product quality complaints in territory.
• Organize and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needs.
• Utilize approved sales/marketing tools within budget.
