Baker Hughes is seeking a Wireline Field Operator to perform on-site and shop duties, maintain equipment, and train junior operators. The role requires a high school diploma and strong mechanical aptitude, with CDL Hazmat capability and readiness to travel, including 24/7 on-call at well sites.

Responsibilities include pre/post-job checks, rigging equipment, servicing devices, maintaining site records, and building strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Heavy mechanical aptitude with hands-on tool/engine experience.
• Must be 21+ to obtain ATF explosives certification.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for jobs and perform tool maintenance, pre/post-job tool checkout.
• Rig-up and rig-down equipment at the well site.
• Service mechanical devices and build logging cable heads.
• Perforate cable heads and maintain the tools.
• Maintain well site/DOT records and communications.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations.
• Receive and execute routine/detailed well site instructions.
• Perform duties at well site and in the shop.
• Drive company vehicles safely and comply with regulations.
• Supervise and train other Field Operators with safety focus.
• Perform other related duties as required.
