Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission and hold a Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or obtain one within 6 months.
• Ability to work with customers and employees.
• Willingness to work on call 24x7 and at well sites for extended periods.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass federal background check.
• Proficient with computers for reporting and communications.
• Must be 21+ to obtain ATF explosives certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for jobs and perform tool maintenance, pre- and post-job checks.
• Rig up and rig down equipment at the well site.
• Service mechanical devices and build logging cable heads.
• Perforate cable heads and maintain tools.
• Maintain well site/DOT records and communications.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations.
• Receive instructions on routine work and site activity.
• Work at the well site and in the shop.
• Drive company vehicles safely and comply with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts for operations.
• Supervise and train other Field Operators with safety focus.
• Perform other related duties as required.
