Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Heavy mechanical aptitude and hands-on tool experience preferred.
• Eligible to obtain ATF explosives certification (21+).
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Ability to work with customers and team members.
• On-call 24/7 with extended stays at well sites.
• Willingness to travel regionally and to remote locations.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Proficient in computers for reporting and communication.

Aufgaben

• Prepare for jobs and perform tool maintenance, pre and post-job checks.
• Rig-up and rig-down equipment at the well site.
• Service mechanical devices and build logging cable heads.
• Perforate cable heads and maintain tools.
• Maintain well site/DOT records and communicate with District Manager.
• Promote good customer relations and follow instructions on site.
• Drive company vehicles safely and adhere to regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement for ballistics operations.
• Supervise and train other Field Operators while ensuring safety.
