Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Wireline Field Operator to perform field and shop duties, maintain units, and execute pre-job and post-job tasks. You will also train junior operators and ensure safety at well sites, while maintaining accurate records and client relations.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong mechanical skills, and a valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain one within six months. Candidates must be able to work 24x7 on-call and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for jobs and perform tool maintenance, pre/post job checkouts.
• Rig equipment at well site and shop, maintain records and communications.
• Supervise and train junior operators, promote customer relations, ensure safety.
