Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our Verizon Premium Retailer network in South Florida. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, selling Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone with a consultative approach.

Base pay is guaranteed with uncapped commissions; benefits after 90 days include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO. You will stay current on plans and devices and strive to meet daily and monthly targets while delivering

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable on the phone and goal-oriented.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
