Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, seeks a high-energy Sales Consultant to join our telesales team in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services, and close deals over the phone.

We offer a base pay with uncapped commissions, benefits after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO), discounts on Verizon services, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them.
• Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
