Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC, a Verizon Premium Retailer, is seeking a high-energy Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) to join our South Florida team. You will handle calls to promote Verizon plans, devices, and services, earning base pay plus uncapped commissions.

The role offers a performance-based earning model, benefits after 90 days, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. High school diploma required; 1–3 years of sales or call-center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them.
• Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player.
• High School Diploma / GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
