Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is recruiting a Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) in South Florida to join our Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer network. You will tele-sell wireless plans, devices, and services with a consultative approach, aiming to meet or exceed daily targets.

Base pay is guaranteed with uncapped commissions; benefits kick in after 90 days, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, and more. This role focuses on closing sales via phone and maintaining a high-quality customer

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them.
• Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
