Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant (Telesales) in Fort Myers, FL. Join a fast-paced team driving wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone, using a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and close sales.

Base pay is guaranteed with uncapped commissions, plus benefits after 90 days and opportunities for advancement. This role emphasizes meeting targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear and personable.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them.
• Able to multitask across screens, databases and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
