Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, seeks a high-energy telesales professional to drive sales over the phone and expand customer relationships. Take ownership of inbound/outbound calls, close deals on wireless plans and devices, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay with uncapped commissions, benefits after 90 days, and opportunities for advancement are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable.
• Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
