Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is expanding its telesales team in South Florida to sell Verizon wireless plans and devices over the phone. This role rewards performance with base pay plus uncapped commission and offers advancement opportunities within a large wireless retail network.

If you enjoy talking to people, closing deals, and beating targets, this is the job for you. A high school diploma is required, and the team operates in a fast-paced sales environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear and personable.
• Multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone.
• Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call.
