Hot Spot Cell in Florida is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant to support our Verizon sales teams and learn the ins and outs of wireless operations.

You will assist customers, merchandise floors, and help transfer data to new devices while supporting the sales process with enthusiasm and energy.

Job Description

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

Job Requirements

• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
• Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers
• Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime
