Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Tower Technician I Wireless Services in Denver, CO. You will support tower installation, upgrades, maintenance, and closeout under a Foreman and Technician II, progressing from ground duties to elevated tasks as you demonstrate competence.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, adherence to safety protocols, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel regionally with training provided. Join a growing team delivering critical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in tower work or related field.
• Safety training such as OSHA 10-hour construction or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Report ready for the assigned workday and review tasks, hazards, equipment, and instructions with the foreman.
• Receive, count, inspect, stage, load, and unload tools and equipment; report shortages or damage.
• Prepare approved hardware, cables, connectors, and tools for installation under supervision.
• Assist with antenna, radio, mounts, cable grounding, labeling, and weatherproofing within training.
• Provide ground support and assist with lifting as trained; complete basic installation after training.
• Participate in daily safety briefings and understand hazards and emergency plans.
• Record actual hours daily with project/activity codes and payroll data.
• Follow site controls for falls, RF exposure, electricity, and weather; report unsafe conditions.
