Job summary

KCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Tower Forman to lead a crew in wireless tower construction projects, including new tower builds, collocations, modifications, and equipment upgrades. The role requires the ability to climb 100+ feet, manage site operations, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Highschool Diploma/GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site construction work and lead the crew.
• Lead, train, and supervise crew members on tower projects.
• Read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings and SOW.
• Maintain daily paperwork and safety/quality control at sites.
• Travel and work weekends/nights as needed; climb towers 100+ feet.
