Job summary

PRE-US in Southaven, MS is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding wireless shopping experience. You will mentor associates, manage KPIs, and lead onboarding with role-plays and ongoing development.

The role offers $18–$22 per hour plus unlimited commission and weekly pay, plus training, mileage reimbursement, health benefits, and career advancement opportunities. Requires 18+, valid driver’s license, and travel between stores.

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
