Job summary

PRE-US in Russellville, AR is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance and coach a team of sales associates. You will deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development while meeting personal sales goals across multiple store locations.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of independent decision-making with flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends. Competitive pay and uncapped commissions are offered.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations ifrequired

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
