Job summary

PRE-US is hiring a high-energy Sales Lead to drive sales performance and coach sales associates in a wireless retail environment. The role rewards uncapped earnings with a starting wage of $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission and paid training.

Weekly pay, travel between stores where applicable, and additional incentives for training and retaining staff are offered to support growth and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or equivalent consumer electronics sales.
• Ability to coach and train sales associates to meet KPIs.
• Willingness to engage customers and drive conversion.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$20/hr + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
