Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) in Bartlett, TN. The role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching associates, and delivering an outstanding customer experience to wireless shoppers.

Earn competitive hourly pay and uncapped commissions with bonuses and paid training. You will lead by example, train teams, and travel among store locations as needed, while meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
