Job summary

Acosta Group in Central, SC is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance across assigned stores. You will coach and develop sales associates, deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing training to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication skills, capable of leading a small team, and willing to travel within the district. Compensation includes hourly pay with unlimited commission and weekly pay.

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
