Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) in Greenwood, SC to drive sales performance and coach staff, delivering an outstanding customer experience to wireless shoppers.

You will meet and exceed sales goals, train and mentor associates, and manage shifts and floor-level decisions while traveling between district locations. Competitive hourly pay with unlimited commissions, paid training, and performance incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Able to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while followingcarrierand program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations ifrequired

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
