Job summary

Acosta Group in Anderson, SC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to lead sales performance at our wireless retail locations. You will coach and develop sales associates, drive shopper conversions, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers $18-$22 per hour with unlimited commission, paid training, and growth opportunities. Regular travel between stores may be required, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years or older and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within district.
• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Pay & Perks

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
