Acosta Group in Calabash, NC is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to lead our wireless sales efforts. You will coach and develop store teams, drive KPIs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to shoppers across the district.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
