Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) in Calabash, NC to drive sales performance and coach a team of wireless associates. The role offers a starting pay range with uncapped commission potential and paid training.

You will lead onboarding, conduct coaching sessions, and ensure achievement of KPIs while maintaining excellent customer experience. Flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or B2C sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Pay & Perks
