Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales across assigned store locations. You will coach and develop sales associates, meet KPIs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to wireless shoppers.

This role offers strong earning potential through unlimited commissions, weekly pay, and performance incentives. Travel between stores is required, and you’ll lead onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in wireless or retail environment.
• Ability to train and mentor sales staff.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
