Qualifications

• Wireless retail or B2C sales experience required.
• Ability to coach and mentor sales staff.
• Willingness to travel within district.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per guidelines.
• Travel between store locations as required.
