Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales across multiple store locations, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in wireless retail environments.

You will lead onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development to exceed KPIs while traveling between stores. This role features uncapped commissions, paid training, and advancement opportunities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
