Job summary

Acosta Group is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance and coach store teams in the district. You will deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development to ensure excellent customer experiences and achievement of KPIs.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to travel between stores. Earn commission with a starting wage in the low-to-mid $20s per hour and annual incentives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in retail or B2C environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach and lead a small team of sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per carrier/program guidelines.
• Travel between store locations as required.
