Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven B2C sales success.
• Experience training, coaching or leading a small sales team.
• Willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays and ongoing development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per guidelines.
