Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for our College Station, TX store. This full-time role requires engaging customers, recommending products and services, and meeting sales and commission goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You should have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience in wireless/mobile/telecom or retail sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
• Build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be reliable, punctual and work scheduled shifts.
• Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius.
