Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring for a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-person store team. You will engage customers, present wireless and bundled services, and help customers choose the best plans and devices to meet their needs.

The role emphasizes upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales and commission goals in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work a flexible

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications or retail sales.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product or service packages.
