Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our in-store team in Texas. This full-time, in-person role offers $13/hour plus monthly commissions, with total compensation ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 annually based on performance.

You will engage customers, demonstrate telecom products, and help residents choose the best bundles for home and mobile services while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend right products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance expectations.
