Job summary

RedLion Mobility is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to engage customers in-store and promote telecom products and services. You will identify needs, explain plans, and upsell where appropriate while delivering a positive customer experience.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role requires in-person store participation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience.
• Experience selling wireless, mobile, cable, internet, or related services is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to travel within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store and present telecom products and services proactively.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans and add-ons.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities while meeting targets.
• Explain pricing, promotions, and product details clearly to customers.
• Maintain a positive, professional customer experience and support store goals.
