RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for an in-person role in College Station, TX. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet sales targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Expect about 40 hours weekly with a total compensation range of $45,000–$65,000 depending on performance

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
• Comfortable meeting sales goals and commission targets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
