Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in a fast-growing retail environment. You will work in our stores to help residential customers connect to telecom services, including mobile, internet, cable, and voice.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail or telecom sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an in-person, full-time position with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
