Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Lubbock, TX. This full-time, in-person role offers $13/hour plus monthly commissions and a total annual compensation of $45,000–$60,000 based on sales performance.

The position requires at least 1 year in retail or related sales, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work in fast-paced stores and help residential customers connect to telecom services.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
