Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Ruston, LA is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to drive wireless and telecom product sales in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The role emphasizes engaging customers, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and achieving sales goals with monthly commissions.

You should have at least 1 year of retail or telecom sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to stand for extended periods, work evenings and weekends, and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Ability to engage customers and identify needs.
