My Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at an AT&T Authorized Retail location. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting KPIs and maintaining store standards.

The role requires 1 year of management and 1 year of retail experience, with a flexible schedule and a focus on ethical customer service. Attractive commissions, ongoing training, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent)

Responsibilities
