My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. You will support the Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required).
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives.
• Assist the Store Manager in staffing, inventory, and location appearance.
