You will supervise daily store operations, hire and schedule staff, drive KPI performance, and build a loyal client base through ethical practices. The role includes uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail or telecom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling and coaching.
• Drive KPIs and maintain store standards and policies.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts by partnering with AT&T Signature team for events.
• Ensure store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and secure merchandising.
