Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in California. You will partner with the Store Manager to foster a high-performing sales floor, delivering outstanding customer service and driving business results.

You will coach and motivate the team, analyze performance, and work to meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring smooth store operations and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs
